GE Aviation Apprenticeships Virtual Open Evening, Tuesday 18th Jan.

Please save the date – Tuesday 18th January – for a virtual open evening with GE Aviation, to learn more about the apprenticeship opportunities in Gloucestershire, starting in September 2022.

They will be running 2x sessions – both will  provide the same information to prospective candidates:

In addition to learning about the opportunities available, they will also have a live Q&A. However if you have any questions that you’d like to share in advance, for response to in advance, or on the night, please contact cheltenham.apprenticeships@ge.com

 

Kohler Mira Apprenticeship Open Evening, Wednesday 19th Jan.

Kohler Mira will be holding an Apprentice Open Evening on Wednesday 19th January 2022.

The Open Evening will run from 5-7pm and will be hosted out of their new Space 100 where you will have the opportunity to meet with apprentices, both current and graduated as well as their apprentice managers. 

  • Engineering Apprenticeships, available to students post-GCSE; and
  • Business Apprenticeships, available to students post- A-Level 

They will also be offering the opportunity of site tours. Each tour will be approx. 50 minutes long and will take you on a trip to a number of key areas on the site as well as providing you with the chance to speak to a number of their department experts. 

In order to book your place, you will need to email earlycareers@mirashowers.com after which they will send you a short booking form.

Barclays Bank Webinars - From 10th Jan 2022

Been thinking about apprenticeships recently? Then I've got something you're going to like!

 Barclays are hosting a series of virtual career sessions to provide more information about Barclays Apprenticeship opportunities and their diversity networks.

Whether you already know what you would like to do with your career or you are still exploring possible opportunities – please join the event to learn more about Barclays work, culture and the range of possibilities available.

You’ll have the opportunity to hear from their senior leaders, current apprentices and in-house recruiters. This is a perfect chance to hear first-hand from the people who are helping them change and shape the industry as we know it.

 It will also help you discover and explore the exciting business areas and opportunities found within Barclays.

 Events will be hosted from the 10th of January 2022.

InvestIN Careers Experiences 

Due to high demand, InvestIn are launching regional careers programmes to allow students from the Gloucestershire area the chance to attend a hands on experience. All programmes will be held at either the University of Birmingham or the University of Bristol.

Elevate Coaching webinars are back! They will be hosting sessions throughout the academic year for parents and guardians, giving tips, tricks and advice in order for you to support your children throughout their education and next steps.
