Post 16 – Vocational & Employability Training
What are Vocational Qualifications?
This can be an alternative to college, offer smaller classes, direct links to employers and cater for students who either may not get the grades needed for college or apprenticeship immediately, or for students who would like to boost their skills and confidence before entering the world of work.
These are excellent alternatives to college and all organisations have employer links to assist the move into employment.
