'Prepare to Perform' Student Booklet

This booklet is designed to help students to develop strategies to cope with the exam period so they are fully prepared to perform at their best. Managing a busy life when you are studying can be challenging, but there are many areas which students can control in order to help them perform better when it comes to exam time, and more importantly feel in control. This booklet will explain each area and allows students to focus, set plans and work towards being prepared in the best possible way.  Making time for each area can have an impact on student energy levels, as well as physical and mental well-being.
