Parent and Student IT Logins – Frequently Asked Questions
1. A student can’t log in to Frog
Please ensure you use the link from the Cleeve School website, or this direct link – https://froglearn.cleeveschool.net – and sign in using your school email address (e.g. 21SmithA@student.cleeveschool.net) and password.
If using the Frog application on a mobile device you must enter the school Frog URL which is froglearn.cleeveschool.net
2. A student can’t log in to school email (Office 365)
Log in to Office 365 using the link available on the Frog homepage, or this direct link – https://login.microsoftonline.com
Sign in using your school email address (e.g. 21SmithA@student.cleeveschool.net) and password.
Students can find their school email address on the Student Frog homepage.
3. A student has a device but does not have access to Office applications (e.g. Word) at home
FOR MOBILE DEVICES AND TABLETS: Office applications are downloadable free of charge from the Android or Apple app store
FOR DESKTOPS / LAPTOPS / MACS: The school provide all students a fully licensed copy of Microsoft Office which can be downloaded once signed in to Office 365 and choosing “Install Office” towards the top of the screen.
