Please note that this Prospectus is for 2026-2028. A new Sixth Form Prospectus for 2027-2028 will be launched in January 2027.
Sixth Form Applications
Step 1: Complete the Cleeve Sixth Form Online Application Form. The Applications for the academic year 2027-2028 will open in January 2027.
Step 2: Once we have read through your application, you will be invited to a consultation meeting to discuss your application with a member of the Sixth Form Team.
